How many boats made the parade and what was the final count on boats and attendees?

Hi Bob,

Five boats in the arrival parade—12 boats raced plus Starry Night that had to stand down, makes 13 I can count. I don’t have a count on the people—Dick does. Pictures of all coming to the site—stay tuned.
