Rob and I created a web site about our restoration efforts of the Laura Isabel. Though we still have a long list of projects to complete, we hope to be back in the water by December. Feedback from the DOA are always appreciated.
Well, April Friday the 13th will be our splash day! We are getting way to comfortable in the yard. We will have a de-naming and christening ceremony dockside at Chesapeake Boat Works in Deltaville by Fishing Bay Marina. Looks like a crowd will be on hand. If any of you would like to participate, we guarantee ample refreshment. We still have visible projects but they are marina friendly and we are desperate to be in the water. Come see us if you can! I’ll post the time when the Mistress of Ceremonies thinks I should know. I’m thinking early afternoon.
Congratulations to to noble Captains and graciously supportive embarked admirals of this fine vessel.
We will celebrate with the gusto your hard work merits.

I have posted construction pictures of our Spindrift 10 Nesting dinghy that Rob and I are building on the web site. I will post pics of the teak and holly sole we built soon. thanks.
