Date: 2009-01-19, 1:46PM ESTThis is a wooden Dickerson Sail boat. There is no engine and the rudder is missing. Overall in decent condition. Owed over 5k in storage fees, will sell for 2k.
Normal storage fee is 315.00 per month, will reduce to 250.00 per month.
This is a true DIY boatyard.
