Hello all
Mike I had a little change of plans after offering the boat yard owner what it was worth to me .  I ended up buying a house instead of the Dickerson . But as fate would have it I stumbled across the number of the dickerson owner and gave him a call the boat is still rotting away and he is finally open to my offer . So here we go again another year later debating on whether or not I take on this daunting task .

Sorry if I misspoke the boat is fiberglass but the plywood on the deck and cabin underneath the glass are pretty bad . It didn't appear to be cored though because it ply done below under neath the ceiling liner . She is nameless btw and I'm not sure if I can acquire it . But thanks for ur reply I make the final decision tomorrow morning wish me luck
