I missed this forum entry from July. I’m very interested in buying a D36 drawing. The date of the drawing was late 1972 which makes me think the drawings were for the fiberglass hulls. Bob Shelton has pointed out subtle hull differences between his FG hull and my wood hull. As an example, my bow is much fuller. Do you know if the drawings specify FG hull construction? Well, April Friday the 13th will be our splash day! We are getting way to comfortable in the yard. We will have a de-naming and christening ceremony dockside at Chesapeake Boat Works in Deltaville by Fishing Bay Marina. Looks like a crowd will be on hand. If any of you would like to participate, we guarantee ample refreshment. We still have visible projects but they are marina friendly and we are desperate to be in the water. Come see us if you can! I’ll post the time when the Mistress of Ceremonies thinks I should know. I’m thinking early afternoon.
